Suzhou Muyi Marine Equipment Co., Ltd. traces its origin to Wuxian Fiberglass Equipment Factory. It specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, installation and sales of marine fiberglass products, and is one of the drafters for CB standard *Marine Gratings*. Its product was included in the National Torch Program by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China in 2006.

The company masters diverse fiberglass molding technologies and product portfolios. It is capable of supplying fiberglass accessories for more than 300 vessels per year, covering ships ranging from 5,000 tons to 300,000 tons. Focused on the R&D and production of marine fiberglass products, it serves as a key supplier in China’s marine fiberglass sector. In the course of development, the company once passed the ISO 9001 quality‑system audit conducted by DNV. It has subsequently obtained product approvals from many of the world’s leading classification societies and institutions, including DNV‑GL, CCS, ABS, BV, LR, NK, RINA and USCG.

The company maintains close cooperation with numerous domestic and foreign shipyards such as Jiangnan Shipyard, Hudong‑Zhonghua Shipbuilding Group, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, Guangzhou Huangpu Shipyard and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Shipyard (Japan). It has developed a wide range of marine fiberglass products, including marine fiberglass pipes applicable to ballast, bilge, stripping, drainage and other systems, as well as marine gratings, cable supports, cable trays and hose boxes. Thanks to reliable product quality and considerate services, the company has earned a solid reputation within the industry. To deliver convenient services for customers, it has set up representative offices in Guangzhou (China), Busan (South Korea) and Singapore.

  • Leakages in bond joints (except flanges) can be repaired by butting and wrapping.

     

    It is the most convenient and practical maintenance method on site.

     

    The crew can be fitted according to the company's operation manual.

  • Due to the need of time, it is often used in emergency leakage situations.

     

    If everything is ready, repairs will only take three to five hours.
