Pultruded GRP Grating is assembled from different types of profiles, including load-bearing profiles and connecting profiles. The profle is formed by full-automatic pultrusion equipment. After therequired raw materials are configured according to a specific process, they are put into the equipmentand automatically formed by the equipment.

The GRP gratings need to be fixed by clips, and selected according to the specificatiorand use scenarios of the gratings.

MY- F/pl-15 phenolic GRP Grating is also assembled andformed by pultruded profiles and the basematerial is phenolic resin. The product meets L2 fire resistance.

The molded GRP Gratings are formed by manual work, in the fixed mold, the thermosetting resin isused as the matrix, the continuous fiberglass is used as the reinforcement material, and the fiber is arranged in the resin in a cross way through a specific process, and is demoulded after curing.

Performance Table of Molded & Pultruded Grating

GRP Grating is divided into unsaturated Grating (MY.B) and Phenolic Grating (MY-F) according todiferent raw materials. Unsaturated Grating is divided into molded Grating (MY.B/BF) and pultrudedGrating (MY-B/pl-16) according to diferent molding processes. Phenolic Grating is mainly pultruded,MY.F/pl-15.

FRP cable support system, including cable bracket, cable protection closed cover and cable trough, has the advantages of light weight, high strength, anti-corrosion, flame retardant and so on, easy to install, long life cycle, widely used in ships and offshore engineering.

Steel ofltings include cable tray, platform, junction box. penetration piece, clamps for GRE pipeInstallation, etc.

Stainless Steel Parts include Grating. lil-collection panel, submarine Grating, trash bin. etc.

The GRP straight ladder is connected by square pipe 50x5and plum pipe 36x5 with bols and sealed with resin. Squaretube and plum pipe are made of the required materials according to the specific process configuration, and are automatically formed after being put into the equipment. Thestraight ladder has the characteristics of exquisite appearance, high insulation, high strength, light weight, corro
